By accessing or using SignalsOwl ("the Service"), operated by SignalsOwl ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
SignalsOwl is a real-time forex signal detection and automation platform. The Service allows users to build custom trading strategies using technical indicators, receive real-time alerts when conditions are met, monitor multiple currency pairs and metals, and optionally automate trade execution via MT4 or TradeLocker integration.
SignalsOwl is a technology platform that provides signal detection tools. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Signals generated by the platform are not investment advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
To use the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
SignalsOwl offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.
Each subscription tier includes specific limits on the number of strategies, signals per month, notification channels, and support levels. Exceeding your tier's limits may require upgrading to a higher plan. Current pricing and feature details are available on our pricing page.
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated adjustments applied automatically by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, your account will revert to the Free tier with its associated limitations.
As a digital service, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.
SignalsOwl is not available in certain jurisdictions due to legal and regulatory requirements. In compliance with U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions and international trade regulations, users from the following countries and regions are prohibited from accessing or using the Service:
Users who attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other means are in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts terminated immediately without refund. We reserve the right to update this list at any time to comply with changing regulations.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SignalsOwl complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Forex and metals trading may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in certain countries. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SignalsOwl. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Strategies you create remain your intellectual property, but the underlying technology powering them belongs to us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate or profitable. Trading in forex and other financial instruments carries substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. We make no representations regarding the suitability of our signals for your financial situation.
SignalsOwl is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or any other regulatory body as an investment advisor or commodity trading advisor. The Service is a software tool that executes user-defined rules. We do not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalsOwl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, provide notice before termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users located outside the United States, you agree that the laws of the United States and the State of Texas will govern these Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, only that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Houston, Texas. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
